Custom Garment Policy

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

Consultations are required for all Custom Garment orders. Consultations ($30) may last between 15-30mins and are non-refundable. It is extremely important to come to your appointment on time! If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify me within 24hrs prior to the appointment. If you need to reschedule, you may do so and the $30 fee will be credited towards your next appointment. If I am not notified before the 24hrs, the $30 consultation fee will be used as a cancellation/no show fee.

10 + minute late fee: $25

The location of the consultation will be given once the appointment is booked.

CONSULTATIONS

At  the  time  of  consultation, the non-refundable full payment is due;  I will not start working on the garment unless I have received the full amount. We will discuss the silhouette, colors, fabric, trims, notions, etc. I will also take your measurements.

FITTING    &  ALTERATIONS  

The  garment  will  be  made  according  to  the  measurements  received  during  the  consultation.  All  minor  changes and  adjustments  are  covered.  If  there  are  any  alterations  that  need  to  be  made  once  the  garment  is  completed,  SHANNON  RAYNIECE  will  gladly  accommodate  you.  However,  if  you  choose  to  have  the  garment  altered  by  someone  else,  SHANNON  RAYNIECE  will  not  be   responsible  for  any  additional  costs  acquired.     

COMMITMENTS  

SHANNON  RAYNIECE  will  not  accept  any  returns. Once  the  garment  is  in  your  possession,  SHANNON  RAYNIECE  is  no  longer  responsible  for  any  mishaps  with  the custom  garment.  SHANNON  RAYNIECE  is  committed  to  making  this  an  amazing  experience  for  all  in  involved.
